The New “Godless” Democrat Party?

As always, of course the KHOU 11 story involving Dr. Ed Young’s remarks on election night are just clips of his overall comments and prayer, however even with their typical spin they could not mask the legitimate principles that Dr. Young presented and the issues raised.  Because of his courageous and biblical stand, it is first very important to make it clear that while he was expressing his personal views, he is far from alone.

Has the Democrat party become “godless?”   Or, is the Democrat party as a whole not godless but idol worshipers at the feet of Moloch and Baal?  The point we would assert is that the abject moral anarchy and embracement of the culture of death through their passionate commitment to unrestricted abortion is an absolute rejection of the God of the Bible.

Therefore, because in the core theology of Judeo-Christian beliefs there is in fact only one true God; since the Democrat party as a party has rejected that God in both practice and policy; it can be legitimately be asserted that the Democrat Party of 2018 has become a godless party.

Are their Democrats who are not “godless” and do not accept the full scope of the party’s radical commitments to the slaughter of preborn children and the rejection of God’s design of sex (male or female), marriage and family?  Of course.  They have become irrelevant however to the direction of the party and are going to have to make a “Mt. Carmel” choice, as will all those who claim to be Christian.

Choose this day whom you will serve, the God of life as represented in the Bible and in all creation, or the god of death with all its terrible ramifications as now adhered to by the Democrat party.  Choose wisely, because not choosing is choosing just as surely as German martyr Deitrich Boenhoeffer stated that “Not to speak is to speak.”

We will continue this discussion in upcoming pastor events and communications because it strikes at the core of the battle both in the church and out in the culture.
